Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Nuclear Medicine Supervisor to join our team at the University of California. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of nuclear medicine technologists and support staff.
  • Coordinate daily work schedules and shift coverage to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with other departments and physicians to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Current California CNMT certification.
  • ARRT(N) or NMTCB certification.
  • BLS (CPR) certification.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
