Bayview Rehabilitation at Scalabrini is seeking a dedicated Nurse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the highest level of patient care.

**Key Responsibilities:**
Oversee the nursing staff and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
Collaborate with the management team to achieve facility goals
Participate in on-call weekend rotation

**Requirements:**
Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Rhode Island
Nursing degree from an accredited college or university preferred
Four (4) or more years of nursing experience
One (1) or more years of experience as a nursing supervisor in a nursing care center, hospital, or other related health care center
Primary Series of the COVID Vaccination Required (or new bivalent COVID Vaccine or medical exemption)
