Job Overview

Client Success in North America collaborates with global acquirers, processors, GSPs, and merchants to establish and implement a robust support framework for Visa Inc.

This role encompasses daily operations, product assistance, operational account strategy, back-office support, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as an individual contributor within the Super Regional Team, focusing on clients based in North America.
  • Leverage industry best practices and client-facing technical consulting expertise to foster deep collaboration with cross-functional leadership across Client Services, Sales, Product, and Technology.
  • Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of the payments sector and Visa's capabilities to address intricate challenges and devise innovative solutions.
  • Act as a technical and functional expert, working independently with minimal guidance in complex scenarios.
  • Engage in proactive planning and operational support to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness for both clients and Visa.
  • Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and Visa's product offerings.
  • Represent client interests to internal stakeholders through precise business requirements and ongoing advocacy.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with clients and internal stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Work Environment

This position is hybrid, allowing for a blend of remote and in-office work. Employees are expected to work from the office 2-3 designated days each week, based on business needs.
