The Senior Analyst will be instrumental in collaborating with business, merchandising, and marketing teams to prioritize opportunities within our current operations. This position demands a blend of analytical rigor and creative thinking, with a strong capacity to influence and achieve results.

Position Details

Essential Skills:
Experience Required: 3 to 5 years in pricing, promotions, or financial analysis.
5+ years in the analytics sector.
Proven capability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior analysts.
Proficiency in Python and R for data manipulation specific to the Pricing Analyst role.
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
Desired Experience: Familiarity with PowerBI and SQL.
Experience with lifecycle price optimization software for retailers (e.g., Revionics, DemandTec).
Industry Experience: Retail or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG).
Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results.
Demonstrated experience in influencing stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional teams to develop effective analytics that inform strategic business decisions.
Analyze results and formulate actionable recommendations from data insights to create action plans with business stakeholders.
Contribute to the design, definition, and execution of custom projects and analytics that enhance customer understanding and promote a customer-centric approach throughout our organization.
On the promotional side, interpret data and distill it into a coherent narrative.
Oversee and coordinate projects, tasks, and stakeholder engagement to ensure timely, budget-compliant, and specification-adherent project delivery.
Mentor and develop junior team members to ensure continuous growth in their technical capabilities.
