Job Title: LPN / Licensed Practical Nurse

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN to provide high-quality nursing care to our residents. As a member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing direct patient care under the supervision of the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing
  • Supervising Certified Nurse Aides and other subordinate staff
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Documenting patient care and progress in medical records
  • Participating in departmental meetings and in-services
Responsibilities:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Tri-State Village, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing quality nursing care to residents in a safe and respectful environment
  • Supervising and delegating tasks to subordinate staff
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Documenting patient care and progress in medical records
  • Participating in departmental meetings and in-services
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current LPN license in the state of [insert state]
