About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the PACU department at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center. As a PACU RN, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients recovering from surgery, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing various medical procedures.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and make recommendations for further care or treatment as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in patient care.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
  • National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
  • One (1) year Nursing experience.
