About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Pacu team at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center. As a Pacu Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in the Pacu unit, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for patients.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor and manage patient pain and discomfort, utilizing evidence-based practices to optimize outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
  • National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
  • One (1) year Nursing experience.
