Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Cleaning Specialist to join our team. As a Cleaning Specialist, you will be responsible for performing housekeeping and cleaning duties, including dusting and damp mopping floors, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, and removing and disposing of trash. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment, adhering to all safety precautions, and following infection control and universal precautions policies.

- Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to all safety precautions.
- Follow infection control and universal precautions policies.
- Utilize protective gear in all appropriate functions.
- Report equipment and cleaning product needs and malfunctions to supervisor in a timely fashion.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and ability to follow oral and written instructions.
- Utilize leadership skills to accomplish all responsibilities without supervision.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
- Must be able to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously.
- Must be able to work around food and cleaning products.
- Must live in the service area.
