We are seeking an experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at Summit Food Service LLC. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality control and portion management
  • Food preparation and presentation
  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Ensuring proper food storage and handling
  • Following safe food handling policies and procedures
Requirements:

Must-haves:

  • At least one year of prior culinary experience in a high-volume establishment with an emphasis on scratch cooking
  • Working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to use various kitchen equipment and tools
  • Customer service experience
