Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule client home-based services provided by our field staff, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
  • Interact with clients, monitor their situations, and report any concerns to supervisors.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of client services and related information.
  • Process, compile, and analyze data, preparing reports and correspondence as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to complex inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Enter, verify, and reconcile information, developing spreadsheets and databases as required.
  • Perform basic mathematical calculations, balancing and reconciling records.
  • Assist in creating forms, calendars, and collateral materials to support COA operations.
  • Sort, file, and maintain materials, retrieving files and tracking movement.
  • Operate various machines, including printers, computers, and phone systems.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in appointment and/or route scheduling.
  • 1-2 years of related experience working with seniors.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle insurance.
Working Conditions

This role requires manual labor, regular interactions with the public and coworkers, and moderate supervision. Errors could lead to short-term consequences, including financial impact or reduced service to the public.
