Job Summary

At Impact Fire Services, we are seeking a highly skilled Fire Sprinkler System Technician to join our team. As a Fire Sprinkler System Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of automatic fire sprinkler systems in industrial, commercial, and residential settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, test, and service fire sprinkler systems with a focus on service and repair.
  • Conduct field surveys to identify system requirements and develop plans for installation and repair.
  • Compile material lists for fire sprinkler systems and coordinate with trades to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Manage costs and budgets for projects, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Oversee and assist in the training of Fire Sprinkler Helpers.
Requirements
  • General mechanical knowledge and experience as a Foreman Sprinkler Foreman.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the fire sprinkler industry, with a strong understanding of NFPA 13 code and ability to work with pumps, dry valves, and other system components.
  • OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred but not required.
  • Basic computer and tablet skills, with ability to work in software programs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated competency in verbal and written business communication skills.
  • Able to complete documentation and administrative duties as necessary.
  • Possess and maintain a valid driver's license in accordance with Company guidelines.
