  • Loss Prevention: Identify and address areas of opportunity to reduce shrink and improve store security.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, labor reports, and other data to inform business decisions and drive sales growth.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a retail or restaurant management role, with a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving sales growth.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, requiring a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The ideal candidate will be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
