Essential Qualifications:

To qualify for this position, candidates should possess a minimum of one year of direct experience in property management, including resident relations, marketing strategies, and financial oversight, which encompasses:

  • Proactive sales and marketing strategies
  • Management of property social media, reputation, and satisfaction metrics
  • Overseeing waitlists, property showings, applications, resident interviews, agreements, pre-inspections, move-ins, resident relations, vacancies, and lease renewals
  • Regularly updating and maintaining market surveys and marketing action plans
  • Ensuring data quality in property management software
  • Enhancing or sustaining occupancy rates to surpass budget expectations
  • Generating reports and articulating leasing status and achievements
  • Adhering to all relevant laws and regulations
Additional Skills and Experience:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Yardi, and/or Entrata
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • At least two years of experience in housing marketing and leasing
  • Recent training in Fair Housing and industry standards

Physical Requirements:

The role entails the following physical demands:

  • 80% office-based tasks (meetings, phone calls, computer work, etc.)
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and eligibility for company vehicle insurance
  • Standard vision, with or without corrective lenses
  • Standard hearing capabilities, with or without hearing aids
  • Ability to ascend one flight of stairs and walk approximately half a mile per property on a weekly basis.
