Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant financial experience or an equivalent combination of education and professional background.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Financial Management and organizational transformation.
  • A proven history of supporting projects within the Public Sector for no less than 3 years.
  • Experience in reconciliations, GTAS, IPP, PP&E, and JVs for a minimum of 2 years.

Client Engagement: Ability to identify and address client needs effectively, fostering strong relationships through networking, negotiation, and persuasive communication.

Communication Skills: Proficient in preparing and delivering complex written and verbal presentations, as well as defining resource requirements, project workflows, budgets, billing, and collections.

Leadership: Demonstrated capability to lead teams by creating a shared vision, establishing clear direction, and motivating team members. Cultivating an environment of trust, encouraging diverse perspectives, coaching staff, and promoting continuous improvement and innovation.

Work Ethic: Exceptional commitment to meeting deadlines, maximizing productivity, and achieving challenging objectives.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management software, particularly Microsoft Project, with a keen attention to detail.

Additional Skills: Knowledge of financial and operational internal controls is advantageous. Familiarity with Federal Oracle Financials is essential.
