About the Role
RealCraft Barn Doors & Sliding Barn Door Hardware is on the lookout for skilled Assembly Technicians to join our dynamic team.

Work Schedule:
We offer a variety of shifts to accommodate your lifestyle, including:
- Monday to Thursday: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM with potential overtime on Fridays
- Monday to Thursday: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM with potential overtime on Fridays
- Monday to Thursday: 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM with potential overtime on Fridays
- Weekend shifts: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM, with possible overtime during the week.

Key Responsibilities:
An Assembly Technician plays a crucial role in assembling high-quality products. Responsibilities include:
  • Interpreting and understanding blueprints and standard work instructions.
  • Utilizing measuring tools effectively.
  • Operating various powered hand tools, including drills and rivet guns.
  • Conducting inspections and tests on parts and products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace and adhering to maintenance schedules for all equipment.
  • Performing assembly of parts and sub-assemblies.
  • Preparing products for shipment.
  • Cross-training in different areas and departments as needed.
  • Completing other assigned tasks as required.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in small part assembly.
  • The ability to work overtime and weekends when necessary.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A mechanical aptitude is preferred.
  • Physical capabilities to frequently reach, grip, and carry up to 50 lbs, along with standing, stooping, bending, and walking.
  • A willingness to work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing setting.
  • Compliance with safety regulations, including wearing safety glasses in the manufacturing area.
