Multi-Family Construction Manager

Position Overview:
The successful applicant will possess a strong background in exterior finishing and cladding for multi-unit residential and commercial construction endeavors. While experience in roofing is advantageous, it is not mandatory. The projects encompass commercial and multi-family structures, typically ranging from 3 to 7 stories in height.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the project from inception to completion.
Oversee, organize, and inspect the daily operations of construction teams.
Maintain a clean and orderly job site at all times.
Facilitate weekly safety and coordination meetings with the construction team.
Daily Reporting Duties:
Document work completed, track labor counts, provide updates on work progress, address quality and safety concerns, and monitor material and equipment usage.
Coordinate and ensure the timely completion of all final touches and corrections.Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction.
Expertise in commercial fiber cement, lap/vinyl siding, including trim work and fastening metal hardware for vertical wall systems or building envelopes.
Experience with metal panel cladding is preferred.
Ability to interpret blueprints and specifications.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
Team-oriented and adaptable in a dynamic work environment.
Capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Willingness to conduct site visits and participate in client project meetings.
Availability for occasional travel for out-of-town assignments.
Familiarity with the Spanish language is a plus.
Possession of a valid driver's license in good standing.
What We Provide:
Standard work schedule from Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work required.
