Position Overview
The Guest Services Coordinator plays a pivotal role in managing all aspects of the Front Desk operations.
- Welcoming and checking in/out guests
- Overseeing the front desk communication center
- Updating and managing in-house reservations
- Handling cashiering responsibilities
- Addressing and resolving guest concerns within the scope of authority
- Collaborating with the concierge to fulfill guest requests
- Complying with Wynn Standards/Core Values and all relevant policies and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory
- At least two years of experience in customer service
- A minimum of one year in a front desk role or a similar position
