The Guest Services Coordinator plays a pivotal role in managing all aspects of the Front Desk operations.

  • Welcoming and checking in/out guests
  • Overseeing the front desk communication center
  • Updating and managing in-house reservations
  • Handling cashiering responsibilities
  • Addressing and resolving guest concerns within the scope of authority
  • Collaborating with the concierge to fulfill guest requests
  • Complying with Wynn Standards/Core Values and all relevant policies and procedures

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory
  • At least two years of experience in customer service
  • A minimum of one year in a front desk role or a similar position
