Key Responsibilities- Assist patients with daily living activities and provide emotional support as needed.
- Transport patients to appointments, clinics, and treatments, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Facilitate community outings and meetings, promoting socialization and engagement.
- Ensure safe medication practices, adhering to the six rights of medication safety.
- Provide on-the-job training to new team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
- Support therapeutic patient care, leading groups and one-to-one settings, and implementing evidence-based therapies.
- Respond to emergency situations, prioritizing patient and visitor safety.
- Monitor patient behavior, record activities, and complete documentation as required.
- Ensure a safe and secure environment, adhering to infection control standards and completing daily environmental rounds.
- High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Current active driver's license and good standing.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Formal training provided for CPR, Nonviolent Crisis Intervention, and Community-Based Residential Facility trainings.
