Key Responsibilities- Welcome clients by greeting them in person
- Verify client information regarding medical history
- Assist in explaining treatment procedures to patients
- Prepare patients for examinations
- Assist the Provider's during consultations
- Prepare and administer shots, including by intramuscular, intradermal, and subcutaneous injections-as directed by a physician or other licensed provider
- Assist Provider with Sales of services and products
- Be knowledgeable on all products and procedures that are offered in the office, including skincare products
- Obtain client before and after photos
- Receptionist duties will include but are not limited to:
- Checking in / out clients
- Greeting clients and directing them
- Assist in the count of inventory
- Data Entry
- Scheduling follow up appointments as needed
- Assist in maintaining a clean environment
- Ability to engage in the consultative sales process
- Ability to utilize sales techniques
- Coachable and open to refining techniques
- High level of professionalism
- Excellent organizational skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Pro-active attitude towards completing tasks
- Willing to pitch in and work as a team
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable
- Computer experience a must
- Experience with electronic records
- Must have a Current / Active MA License in the State
- 2 years experience in Sales
- Must be able to work weekends
- Must be able to work some holidays
- Bi-lingual Spanish speaking (highly desirable)
- Must be able to type 35 wps
- Must be able to read, write and speak English well
- Experience administering shots, including by intramuscular, intradermal, and subcutaneous injections
