Job Summary

We are looking for a Community Development Specialist to join our team in Sacramento. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day site-based management and maintenance operations of public housing developments, as well as ensuring compliance with program policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and direct site-based management and maintenance operations.
  • Ensure compliance with program policies and procedures.
  • Administer rental policies, lease units, and supervise maintenance staff.
Requirements:
  • Basic mathematical skills, proficiency in English reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of asset management and public or assisted housing administration and programs.
  • Valid CA Driver's License required.
Estimated Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year
