About the Role:

As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a vital role in enhancing consumer engagement and expanding our client's market footprint through direct outreach strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Account Activation and Management: Assist customers with account activation, explain delivery and installation methods, and maintain relationships throughout the sales cycle.
  • Market Expansion: Collaborate with the Marketing and Customer Service Department Heads to develop and implement market expansion processes that achieve acquisition objectives, financial goals, and critical milestones.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Communicate with internal personnel to create innovative marketing and outreach strategies, improve acquisition and closing efforts, and enhance internal training methods.

Requirements:
