  • Collaboration: Work closely with data engineers and business teams to improve data models and increase data accessibility.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and automation in data flows.
  • SQL Scripting: Develop and execute SQL scripts to test data conversions and perform ad-hoc analysis.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of data analysis experience with strong experience writing complex queries.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst with Finance & Accounting experience.
  • Expertise in converting raw data into valuable datasets.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerBI, including building and maintaining dashboards.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL; experience writing and managing stored procedures, views, and functions, that rely heavily on analytics functions.
  • Proficient in queries, building reports, and making presentations.
  • Experience in gathering data/reporting requirements from business stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Excel (Macros, VBA, V-Lookup, Pivot Tables, etc.).
  • Versed with accounting platforms.
  • Knowledge of GAAP.
