Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at Tradesmen International. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for obtaining orders or contracts for our services, building strong relationships with clients, and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Create and grow sales, maintain and exceed sales goals, and generate sales leads and prospects for clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, educate them about our services, and ensure client satisfaction and quality control.
  • Field Sales and Operations: Prepare field employees for assignments, visit jobsites, and manage field employee relationships to drive business growth.
  • Administrative and Reporting: Maintain client sales files, complete sales activity reports, and participate in required meetings and training activities.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with clients and field employees.
  • Self-Motivated and Goal-Oriented: Ability to drive business growth and exceed sales goals.
  • Regular and Predictable Attendance: Essential function of the job.
  • Familiarity with Standard Computer Systems and CRM Systems: Helpful for success in the role.
