Role Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough analysis, planning, and execution of preventive maintenance for HVAC systems.
  • Diagnose, repair, and implement modifications to HVAC systems as necessary.

  • Expertise in temperature and humidity measurement and control.

  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems.

Physical Requirements

  • Capable of lifting and carrying weights between 10-50 lbs, and up to 100 lbs with assistance; must be able to sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, reach, and perform repetitive hand motions.
  • Must possess the ability to hear and speak clearly, and be prepared for potential irregular hours and frequent interruptions.
  • Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening, and maintain a clean driving record.
