Job Title: Audio Systems Manager

LMG, LLC. is seeking a highly skilled Audio Systems Manager to join our team. As a key member of our technical operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing technical solutions to support our business units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and design new systems and packaging to ensure innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation to educate and support our sales, operations, and technical teams.
  • Work with internal departments to maintain show technical quality and review confirmed show quotes for technical equipment specifications.
  • Act as an internal technical consultant, relaying technical issues and trends to our leadership and show services staff to improve overall process.
  • Collaborate with our operations team to design, evaluate, and innovate Quality Control processes.
  • Ensure overall quality of product inventory to fulfill our company standards.
  • Advise on potential investments in new technology and product life cycle for our Audio Department.
  • Provide technical support to our show technicians to ensure the quality of our brand.
  • Assist technical leadership and operations leadership in training and development of show technicians, quality control technicians, and engineering staff.
  • Travel to show sites to validate success of system designs and deployment.
Requirements:
  • Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $118,000
