HonorVet Technologies is dedicated to enhancing CMC development to expedite product launch through strategic investments in client development and manufacturing platforms, innovative development methodologies, and advancing technologies through modeling, AI, and automation.
The Product Development Strategy group plays a pivotal role in crafting a comprehensive digital and modeling strategy, ensuring its global integration and execution.
We are in search of a driven scientist to join our Modeling and Digital Strategy team as a data integrator.
In this capacity, the data integrator will be tasked with gathering and organizing data for application in predictive models across various scenarios aimed at expediting process development.
This position will engage in prominent and agile cross-functional teams with a focus on the digital and modeling domains.
Collaboration will be essential, working closely with partners within product development, including drug substance, drug product, and analytical functions, as well as with business partners in IT.
This role will report to the Senior Director of Product Development Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and organize data from diverse sources, including electronic notebooks, spreadsheets, presentations, and instrument files.
- Ensure data integrity, uniformity, and completeness across various datasets.
- Implement data standards, ontologies, and metadata to enhance data integration and analysis.
- Facilitate data discovery, accessibility, and sharing throughout the organization.
- Collaborate with scientists and engineers to pinpoint data sources and locations, comprehend data requirements and challenges, and deliver data solutions.
- Effectively communicate and bridge the gap between life science experts and data engineers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as chemical engineering, life sciences, data science, or computer science.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in process development or data analysis within the pharmaceutical industry or a related field.
- Familiarity with data standards, ontologies, and metadata relevant to pharmaceutical process development data.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex and large-scale data challenges.
- Self-driven and proactive in acquiring new skills and technologies.
