Position Overview

The Supported Living Group LLC is on the lookout for a passionate and skilled Full-Time Program Manager to oversee our ABI Waiver initiative. This role is pivotal in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with acquired brain injuries, ensuring that they receive the support they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities

As a Program Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing daily operations of the program to ensure effective implementation of care plans.
  • Coordinating services with community resources to optimize support for participants.
  • Providing guidance and assistance to caregivers and families.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely documentation, including incident reports.
  • Overseeing a caseload of 8-10 ABI Waiver service participants, including scheduling and staff management.
Qualifications

We encourage candidates with a Bachelor's degree or higher to apply. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Organizational Skills: Minimum of 1 year required.
  • Time Management: Minimum of 1 year required.
  • Leadership Experience: Minimum of 1 year required.
  • Customer Service Skills: Minimum of 1 year required.
  • Program Management Experience: Minimum of 1 year required.
