Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Citizens. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and promoting our financial products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized service to customers, responding to their needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process transactions, including cashing checks, processing withdrawals and deposits, and handling customer inquiries.
- Promote and sell our financial products and services, including loans, credit cards, and investment products.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and regulatory requirements to provide accurate and informed advice to customers.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a financial institution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of financial software applications.
- 6 months of experience processing transactions, preferably in a financial institution.
- Motivational and team-oriented, with a focus on building strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Process-oriented, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
