Pizza Hut Restaurant General Manager

We're on the hunt for a talented Restaurant General Manager to join our team at Pizza Hut As a Restaurant General Manager, you'll be the face of our brand, leading a team of passionate individuals who share your enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

As a Restaurant General Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading a high-performing team of restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
  • Managing restaurant operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and employee development
  • Implementing sales strategies and promotions to drive revenue growth and increase customer loyalty
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborating with other restaurant managers and corporate teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements

To be successful as a Restaurant General Manager, you'll need:

  • A fun and friendly personality who values customers and takes absolute pride in everything you do
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to talk to strangers and build strong relationships with customers and team members
  • A positive attitude, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to go above and beyond to deliver exceptional results
  • At least 16 years old (18 with 2 years driving experience if you want to be a driver, along with a good driving record)
  • Valid food-handler's card
