**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender or in a related role
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and leading a team
  • Knowledge of spirits, beers, and wines, as well as mixology techniques and trends
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm and composed demeanor in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field preferred
