Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Lead a team of Supplier Quality Engineers to drive quality excellence in our supply chain
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate quality risks
  • Design and implement process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency
  • Conduct supplier assessments and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering, MS preferred
  • 5+ years of hands-on Supplier Quality Engineering experience in Automotive Powertrain Systems
  • 3+ years of people management experience leading a team of SQEs and/or Product/Design engineers
  • Excellent analytical and technical writing skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of quality standards and specifications in the area of placement
