The Quality Assurance Manager is a critical role at QISG, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our projects. This position requires a strong understanding of quality management principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement quality management plans for projects, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement corrective action plans to address quality issues.
- Provide training and guidance to project teams on quality management best practices.
- Develop and maintain quality management systems and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, Engineering, or relevant field.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in quality management, construction, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of quality management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification.
- 30-hour OSHA certification.
- Experience with quality management software and systems.
- Up to 80% travel required.
