  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and team members, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.

Requirements:

  • Thorough knowledge of methods of cleaning guest rooms and operation of laundry services.
  • Knowledge of the proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals.
  • General knowledge of equipment such as vacuums, commercial washers, and dryers.
  • Ability to lead and motivate the Housekeeping team to achieve quality and cleanliness standards.
