About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Client Service Specialist to join our team at CityVet. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for ensuring a pleasant experience and building relationships that result in loyal brand ambassadors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage appointment check-ins, book new appointments, and partner with the team on proper discharge information for various services.
  • Understand, communicate, and prioritize scheduled appointments, client education, and lobby triage to ensure an efficient and productive schedule.
  • Greet and welcome clients, check patients in, and notify them of any appointment delays or changes.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of veterinary experience
  • Outgoing personality
  • Good leadership skills and a desire to lead
  • Computer proficiency
  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 18 years of age at the time of hire
