Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at SpineZone. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing patient care, developing treatment plans, and working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including evaluation and treatment of musculoskeletal, neurological, and other physical problems
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals
- Work closely with our medical director and referring providers to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices
- Active Physical Therapist license from the state of California
- Doctorate of Physical Therapy or equivalent
- Valid CPR Certificate
- Knowledge of principles, practices, standards, and techniques of physical therapy
- Ability to develop and maintain patient care records and writing reports
- Ability to problem solve while remaining calm and collective during stressful situations
