Join Our Team
Are you passionate about shaping the future of AWS AI Chips (AWS Inferentia/Trainium) Go to Market (GTM)? As a key member of the AWS AI Chips Business and GTM team, you will spearhead our most vital customer and industry partnership engagement initiatives.
Your Role
In this position, you will work closely with customers who deploy GenAI applications on our cutting-edge Chips across diverse industry sectors. Collaborating with Neuron engineering, business leaders, and product teams, you will ensure we not only meet but exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate relationships with leading ML frameworks and library providers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within AWS to enhance customer adoption of AWS Inferentia and Trainium based instances.
- Act as the "glue" that integrates various teams, maintaining a comprehensive overview of deliverables and their interconnections.
Technical and Program Management
Your role encompasses two critical aspects: the "Technical" component involves identifying dependencies and technical risks impacting the various teams, while the "Program Manager" aspect focuses on scheduling, milestone creation, and status reporting. You will take ownership of projects and programs, concentrating on the broader business and technological landscape, including customer experience, processes, and opportunities.
Collaboration and Communication
Understanding the needs of engineers is essential, as you will help them navigate trade-offs by considering overarching business goals, user experience, and efficiency. Partnering with technical managers, you will secure resources, define project priorities, and drive successful delivery.
