Job Description

Apple Services Engineering is seeking an exceptional Senior Engineering Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with multiple Engineering leads to drive cross-functional programs through delivery, including timelines, planning, requirements, and dependencies. Your strong business sense and technical curiosity will enable you to innovate and strategize new processes, encouraging relationships to drive results.

As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of forthcoming products that will captivate and inspire Apple's Enterprise customers every day. Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to provide clear, timely, and objective updates to executive teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive cross-functional programs through delivery, including timelines, planning, requirements, and dependencies
  • Innovate and strategize new processes, encouraging relationships to drive results
  • Partner with multiple Engineering leads to drive cross-functional programs
  • Manage risks, mitigations, and drive alignment across the organization and between teams
  • Provide clear, timely, and objective communication, including regular program status updates and critical issues as needed to executive teams

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of technical program/project management for software or software/hardware products
  • Sound executive presence with the ability to communicate at the senior leadership levels
  • Prior experience working in product areas alongside Human Interface, User Interface, and User Experience partners
  • Understanding of technical issues at a sufficiently deep level to identify gaps
  • Executive presence and ability to communicate effectively with leadership

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience shipping consumer software on a large scale, used by millions of users
  • Proven expertise working effectively and autonomously across multiple teams in situations of ambiguity, with only high-level direction
  • Passion for partnering with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Design teams to prioritize and create implementation plans for new features, programs, and capabilities
