About the Role:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Litigation Paralegal to enhance our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of the legal field and a commitment to delivering exceptional support throughout the litigation process. This role is crucial for managing a diverse caseload and ensuring the smooth operation of legal proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive support to attorneys during all phases of litigation.
  • Assist in trial preparations, including organizing evidence, coordinating logistics, and creating trial binders.
  • Conduct extensive legal research and analysis to aid in case development.
  • Manage case files, schedule meetings, hearings, and depositions effectively.
  • Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs with precision.
  • Oversee e-discovery processes, ensuring thorough identification and management of electronic data.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
  • Maintain compliance with court regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a litigation paralegal role or a similar capacity.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related discipline is required; a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program is preferred.
  • Expertise in litigation support, trial preparation, legal research, and drafting legal documents.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear documentation.
  • Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficient in legal research tools, e-discovery software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality is essential.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach is necessary for success in this fast-paced environment.
