Job Title: Clinical Nurse 2

Penn Medicine is committed to delivering exceptional patient care and advancing the field of medicine. As a Clinical Nurse 2, you will play a vital role in our team, working closely with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to patients of all ages.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide patient care through the application of the nursing process, ensuring safe and effective outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the interprofessional healthcare team to coordinate care across the continuum.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to identify and address potential problems.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based practice to improve patient outcomes.
  • Engage in leadership roles to promote effective changes within the care delivery system.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing.
  • 15+ months of relevant professional nursing experience.
  • New Jersey RN licensure and Pennsylvania RN licensure within 6 months of hire.
  • BLS/CPR as a healthcare provider, as per the American Heart Association.
  • Valid driver's license and car insurance.
