Traveling Hospital Medicine Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Traveling Hospital Medicine Specialist to join our team at Southeast Region Hospital Medicine Facilities. As a Traveling Hospital Medicine Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work in various hospital settings, primarily in Kentucky, Virginia, North Carolina, and Ohio regions.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in a hospital medicine setting.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Perform advanced procedures and respond to rapid responses and codes.
- Travel to different hospital locations, adapting to new environments and workflows.
- Meet the requirements for autonomy in this role, including recent experience in hospital medicine or critical care.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in hospital medicine or critical care as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
- Ability to work day or night shifts, with varying schedules.
