Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Maintenance Procedures: Create and implement effective maintenance procedures to ensure the upkeep of our facilities.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by expediting requests from customers and management.
  • Facilities Inspections and Issue Resolution: Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our guests.
  • Workforce Allocation and Supervision: Allocate workload and supervise maintenance staff to ensure efficient operations.
  • Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Safely operate and maintain various mechanized equipment, including motor and water vehicles.
  • Expense Management and Budget Control: Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Contractor and Service Provider Management: Manage relationships with contractors and service providers to ensure timely and quality services.
  • Maintenance Work and Reporting: Perform maintenance work as needed and maintain accurate logs of daily activities.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety policies, reporting any safety issues immediately.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a maintenance manager or in a similar managerial role.
  • Facilities Knowledge: Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment.
  • Communication and Time Management: Highly effective communication and time management skills.
  • Organizational and Leadership Abilities: Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Adaptability and Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain a calm, positive attitude during periods of high activity and excellent attention to detail.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Background Check and Certifications: Must be able to pass a background check and possess basic water safety skills.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to work flexible hours and in extreme weather conditions.
  • Financial Knowledge: General accounting knowledge and basic understanding of financial statements.
