Compensation: $25 to $33 per hour

Overview

We're seeking a skilled maintenance professional to lead our maintenance team in ensuring the integrity of our properties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for directing the maintenance staff, performing inspections, and addressing maintenance needs in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Support hiring, training, and supervising the maintenance staff, working closely with the Property Manager.
  • Perform regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance needs.
  • Follow up on service requests and ensure timely completion of work orders.
  • Inspect and coordinate the make-ready process to ensure properties are ready for new residents.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, treating residents, staff, and vendors with professionalism and respect.
  • Maintain property grounds and common areas to meet company standards.
  • Implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure optimal property condition.
  • Maintain a clean and organized shop and work areas, adhering to all safety policies and procedures.


Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • EPA HVAC and CPO certification preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
  • Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
