With a rich history dating back to 1949, we have grown to become a leading healthcare provider in the region, serving patients in five locations across Boulder, Erie, Longmont, and Louisville, CO. Our team of 90 providers and 320 support staff are committed to delivering high-quality service and expert, professional care.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate primary care physician to join our team. As a member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive salary range of $220,000 - $320,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefit package, including medical/dental/vision, flexible spending, company-paid life insurance and STD as well as voluntary benefits, RTD EcoPass, 401(k), Paid Time Off and 6 paid holidays annually. Part-time employees are eligible for medical/dental/vision, company-paid life insurance, voluntary benefits, RTD EcoPass, and 401(k).

The ideal candidate will have a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school, valid medical license, board certification or eligibility, and strong clinical skills with a patient-centered approach.
