About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Housekeeper to join our team at the Residence Inn Los Angeles Torrance/Redondo Beach. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Restock linens, amenities, and supplies as needed
- Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with housekeeping team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve housekeeping skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
