Join Our Team as a Community Pharmacy Specialist

We are looking for a committed and meticulous Community Pharmacy Specialist to become a vital part of our organization. This role requires a minimum of 1+ years of experience in the pharmacy field and involves working shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours. Candidates who are vaccinated against COVID-19 are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately dispense medications for patients to use at home.
  • Provide education to customers regarding their medications and address any inquiries they may have.
  • Work collaboratively with pharmacy technicians and other personnel to fulfill medication orders from healthcare providers.
  • Primarily handle pre-formulated medications, with occasional compounding duties as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree is required.
  • Must hold an active Pharmacist license in New York.
  • Familiarity with RX30 software is preferred.
