A leading provider of flooring solutions for trade shows and events seeks a skilled Trade Show Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate is responsible for communicating with customers to identify their needs, processing requests, solving complaints, and providing helpful solutions that ensure a great customer service experience.

About the Role:
  • Receive and direct inbound calls and emails to provide timely support to customers.
  • Identify the reason for the customer's call, collect relevant information, and provide solutions using best practices in customer service techniques.
  • Develop rapport and build relationships with customers through effective communication and active listening.
  • Document customer interactions to maintain accurate records.
  • Assist the Sales Manager in learning business practices, quoting, order processing, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • College preferred, with an affinity for math and attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic, dedicated team player with a positive attitude.
  • Must have some knowledge and/or experience in the trade and/or consumer show industry.
  • Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent phone and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of active listening techniques.
  • Ability to work well under pressure with deadlines.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively.
