LVN Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled LVN to join our team at Crystal Counseling, PLLC. As a Nursing Professional, you will provide direct care services, assist with medical treatments, and educate clients on medications and general health issues. This is a field-based nursing position, where you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care services to our clients.

Responsibilities and Expectations:
  1. Provide direct nursing services for adults with severe and persistent mental illness.
  2. Assist with medical treatments, including medication injections.
  3. Educate clients on medications and general health issues.
  4. Transport consumers to sites of medical interest as needed.
  5. Document all client interactions and interventions in accordance with company policies.
