About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Project Coordinator to join our team at Service Coordination, Inc. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing projects from initiation to closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute project plans, including defining project scopes, timelines, and budgets
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, and to develop contingency plans as needed
  • Develop and manage project schedules, including identifying critical path activities and developing resource allocation plans
  • Analyze project performance data to identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to optimize project outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, engineering, or computer science
  • 4+ years of experience in project coordination, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
  • Possession of a valid driver's license, with a clean driving record

Salary:$65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience
