Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team on a 13-week contract. The successful candidate will have experience working in rehabilitation settings, with a focus on providing expert care to patients with various medical conditions.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess patients' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals

- Implement evidence-based interventions to promote patient recovery and independence

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements

- A bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

- Current licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of employment

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
