Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Jennalynn Drake - State Farm Agent. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting State Farm insurance products and services to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote State Farm insurance products and services.
  • Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify leads for agents by gathering relevant client information.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the various insurance products and services offered by State Farm.
  • Follow-up and Appointment Scheduling: Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns or referrals to schedule appointments for agents.
  • Client Communication: Provide initial information to potential clients and answer basic questions about insurance options.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update a database of prospects and client interactions.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all communications adhere to State Farm guidelines and compliance standards, and prepare regular reports on call activity, lead generation, and appointment scheduling.
Requirements
  • Previous Sales Experience: Previous telemarketing or sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Strong communication and persuasion skills; proficiency in using CRM software.
  • Insurance Knowledge: Basic understanding of insurance products or a willingness to learn.
  • Rejection Handling: Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Organizational Skills: Good organizational skills to manage and track multiple leads.
  • Professional Manner: Professional and courteous telephone manner.
  • Results-Oriented: Strong focus on achieving targets and contributing to the agency's growth.
